Introduction |

All of the materials in this health section are, first of all, my own independent effort and whatever comments I make do not reflect, necessarily, the opinions of the Ashram on the Internet. Secondly, I am not a doctor and I am not qualified to give medical advice. I am just sharing that which I have experienced in health matters with the hope that it might help others acquire a healthier life style. I am presenting this material solely as a matter of information and for educational purposes. Anyone who has a serious medical problem should see a health expert. The title of this section is "Physical Aids to Health" because the diets, vitamins, exercises, etc. are just that, physical aids. Without some degree of inner harmony, all of the outer aids are not of much help. I recently came across what some nutritionists consider the most significant health discovery of the Twentieth Century. That sounds like an exaggeration, but what I experienced myself, proves to me that it is definitely a very significant discovery. Also, I recommended it to several others and it improved the feeling of well-being of everyone who gave it a serious try within one week or a few days. If you would like to see for yourself, try an inexpensive, safe, natural experiment and within one week, or sooner, you'll feel lighter, stronger, have more endurance and will be constantly amazed that such a simple thing could make you feel so good.
